I had a great experience with my personal trainer. I have some limitations but Mariam was able to make modifications while still giving me a challenging and rewarding workout. She is very knowledgeable as well as personable.

Alaiyo fitness and Mariam, my trainer, are great. She is personable, very passionate about her work and a wealth of knowledge. Working with her has both helped me jumpstart my weight loss journey and correct misalignments due to obesity. I now have many tools to help me continue my transformation. Working with her I've lost several inches on my waist, gained muscle and lost 30 pounds. I highly recommend her.

Mariam is hands down the best trainer! I’ve never felt more motivated and supported in getting fit and healthy. She listens to you and works with you and helps setting goals and accomplishing them, easy. My workouts with her are fun and she pushes me beyond what I believe I’m capable of which has brought about fantastic results! Thank you, Mariam!!

My goal was to get back in the gym and honestly I had no idea where to start. I wanted to be healthy and fit again but motivation to go was a struggle. That’s until I began working out with Mariam. She’s been a game changer in my fitness! I’ve never had someone push me to achieve what I have been striving for like she does during our workouts. I was always hesitant with getting a trainer but it was honestly the best thing I could’ve gotten! She’s flexible in hours, and makes the workout enjoyable! I always walk out of the gym feeling motivated and better about myself. By far would recommend her to anyone trying to meet their fitness goals! She’s great!!

I approached Mariam when I first started working out years ago and getting into the gym. I had no idea where to start. She helped me develop a solid foundation and even wrote out a workout program for me to follow at the gym on days I didn't train with her. She's offered so much insight into routines that work and healthy eating. With her help, I've been able to lose fat and put on muscle and get into great shape. She's great at creating accountability, is very attentive, and cares deeply about her clients. Highly recommend her.
