Introduction: Wag More is a full time, professional service, in business for over 10 years. The experienced owner makes all of the visits and has paper towels, doggy bags, leashes, etc on hand when needed. She also brings her own blankets when on short term over nights. She logs her hours for daily visits and sends daily pictures. She believes that the more the merrier so does not charge more per pet. She welcomes rescued or behavioral challenged pets. Wag More is a pet care service that takes its business seriously, while having a lot of calm, relaxed fun with pet friends. The owner also likes to keep great communication with clients, from scheduling to making sure she gets a call when their fur babies are back in their care. I love getting to know all kinds of pets. It is great knowing that people can go on vacation and feel confident that their pets will be happy and cared for. I admit, the compliments are so nice when pet parents return and tell me how happy they are with my service. It is a heartwarming business for which I am so privileged.

We have a 13 year old Maltese Poodle who is definitely my second child. We are originally from South Africa and my husband's job has led us to live in numerous countries where we have always taken our "baby" with us. Whenever, we have had to travel home to South Africa, we have always looked for a pet sitter to watch over him as I refuse to put him into boarding kennels while we are away. Over the Christmas holidays we went back to South Africa for 3 weeks and we were extremely lucky to find Anna from Wag More Pet Care Services to take care of our little "Jonty". Anna was kind enough to come out to our home twice before we left to acquaint herself with Jonty and to make a detailed list of what we needed. We arranged for her to visit Jonty twice a day for 45 minutes to walk, feed and spend time with him. In addition, we also asked her to spend three overnights with him. She also offered to switch on the lights in various rooms, bring in the mail, take out the garbage bins and generally look after our home. From the very moment we left home, Anna was in constant communication with us. Every single day, she would send numerous photos and sms updates of Jonty's activities and well-being. What a comfort it was to actually see photos of my baby every single day and to see how happy and comfortable he was with Anna. On our return, our apartment was in a perfect condition and Anna had even changed our linen and vacuumed the carpets. More importantly, Jonty was happy and healthy. I can honestly say that not once during our weeks away, was I ever concerned about Jonty knowing he was in Anna's very capable hands. She went beyond expectations and was extremely kind enough to stay overnight with Jonty on additional nights wherever she could at no extra cost. I cannot recommend her more highly, or thank her enough for all her kindness and genuine care and love for our baby "Jonty". Whenever we have to travel in the future, Anna will be the first person I phone. Extremely highly recommended!!!

Anna is an amazing and extremely reliable caregiver! She went above and beyond to ensure that our precious dog was well cared for. She made herself available always when we needed her even outside the regular schedule and even spent a few nights to take care of our Bella. She never missed an appointment and obviously has a passion for animals as well as ensuring excellent customer service!! I highly recommend using Wag More Pet Care!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing is according to time spent with pets. I have 30, 45 and 60 minute options and offer slight discounts as time increases. 12 hour overnights are only $60. I'm able to remain affordable since technology allows me to multi-task my office work while I am staying over night with pets.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a meet and greet to get to know the whole family and learn how our service can offer the most value.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was certified in pet first aid. Experience is also a fantastic teacher. I've been privileged to work with a great number of different breeds and temperaments. I've learned to communicate with them that I am always on their side, even when I can't let them do what they want all of the time.
