- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon acquiring a new client, we initiate a discovery call to gather essential information about the roofing issue. If it is determined to be a mutually beneficial fit, we proceed to an on-site inspection culminating in the procurement of a detailed estimate at the conclusion of the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Michigan Builders License (Issued 2015) OSHA 30 Hour
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My journey in roofing began right after high school when I joined a local roofing company as a laborer. Through hard work I progressively took on more responsibilities, evolving into the roles of a foreman and later a project manager. While my recent experience involved serving as a superintendent and project engineer at an Industrial Construction company, my passion for hands-on work ultimately led me back to the roofing industry.
