- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer memberships which include: 15% off all services, waived dispatch fees, and a complimentary annual water heater flush / service. We also offer a 10% discount to teachers, first responders, veterans, and senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to evaluate the work with the customer and give them a few different options on how they could address their issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are licensed and insured in the State of Michigan. We work under a Master Plumber, with direct supervision by Journeymen.
