What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every home and commercial installation is priced differently based on room fixtures (doors, windows, etc). Also, all paper is different and differently applied. There are significant differences, for example, between peel and stick and pre-glued paper- the application of both is quite different.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We serve several areas in Michigan and Wisconsin, so first we determmine how best to schedule you for in person or on the phone consultation. Then we call to see what type of paper they have ordered- if any at all, and get a feel for their project in general. We also ask if they need anything else done so that we are not surprised with more work on the job site. For example, some people also want painting, or baths, which we do. However we like to know ahead of time so we know how to approach a situation without a bunch of surprises! I
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college for construction and then construction management. I have been present for every area of a house being built, especially the final details like paper and paint.
