My work stands out from others because i do a proper examination of the computer and software running to get down to the exact issue the computer may be facing. That not only helps me out but also helps the customer out because the proper examination helps reduce time spent working on the issue and they get there computer back on time.
I love being able to help people and being a computer repair technician not only helps people but helps businesses because of the wide usage and versatility of computers, so sometimes without them times can be very difficult. For example if you own a business such as a store where you have a computer to check people out and to manage inventory, if that computer fails you might be in trouble. So i love the fact that people can come to me with problems like that and i can get there lives running back smooth as they were before that happened.

I accidentally damaged one of my flash drives and could not access the data stored on it. After contacting several professionals who would not even attempt to repair it or who charged exorbitant prices , I contacted PC Pitstop. Travis was able to repair it, kept me up to date on the cost, and on the steps necessary to fix it. I am very satisfied with PC Pitstop's service and costs. I had been quoted other costs that were three times higher than what Travis charged me, and I am still using the repaired flash drive.
