About
Hello, and thank you for reviewing my profile! I am currently accepting new students of all ages and skill levels. I especially excel with beginners and elementary level students. You will learn the complex skill of playing the piano, as well as learning to read music, and gain an understanding basic music theory. I have been teaching piano for 40 years, in Michigan and also in Pennsylvania. I hold a student recital every Spring, which is the highlight of our year, and an exciting event for everyone. Please contact me for more information, and to inquire about scheduling.

Karen Wilkie Piano Studio is a very professional and personable approach to the study of music and the art of playing piano. She’s very patient with our student and allows progress at his pace. He may not always want to practice, but he never wants to miss his pianolesson. Mrs. Wilkie is a joy!
