It started off good but his actual work is messy. I have been calling and texting Keith asking when he has time to come finish my bathroom wall. He hasn’t responded yet to respond so 8 days later I gave up. I would’ve him just said he couldn’t do the job than to mess up my wall and now per another contractor it all needs to come out and be done correctly. So now I’m out of the 150 I gave him plus cost of supplies and I’ll most likely end up paying double to have someone rip this out and do it correctly. It’s okay to pass on a job if you can’t really do it versus messing up and not responding. Also you took my caulk gun (since you didn’t have one I let you use the one I had), used my step stool for my kitchen without my knowledge and got every material you used on it, left joint compound literally everywhere, and I put a towel across my sink to stop materials from going down the drain not for you to use to clean up the materials you used. You should have your own supplies if this what you do. Invest in a drop cloth. And you cut grooves into my sink- I’m guessing from you cutting the drywall on my actual sink. This is definitely a lesson learned. I would not recommend.

DP Maintenance's reply
in the most respectful kindest way. Let me.
Tell you why I only did 150 Worth of work, you told me you had drywall. That needed to be replaced in your bathroom. When I arrived, it was sheet rock with wire mesh and it was also wrapped around Europe.Electrical box which I had to change into a brand new one which I didn't charge you. Ma'am, you purchased your own materials.Thank you supposed to I removed The debris swep up your floor. Install the drywall I apply joint compound and I didn't return to sand it.
Since you're trying.
To make a post to prevent me for making income. If I could post the pictures of your home what should I have on my phone, I think.
The people who are looking would throw up or get sick. Your home look like a trash can A junkyard a graveyard The pigs can all in one. the stench in your home I couldn't bear to breathe. In fact I should have charged you another two fifty. Your house Of filthy and dirty and nasty I had to move things out of the way. I couldn't dare come back. If I could I would post you home. Maybe I'll post your home in my profile. I was very nice respectful and kind to you. And if you want the further more of a truth I was actually sick physically from being in your house.
