- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is extremely competitive considering our techs are highly experienced and highly trained.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact over the the phone we work with our customers to set up a coviement time to schedule a free estimate. Customers are updated throughout the work process on the progess of the work and accuracy of the estimate until job completion. After the job is complete the customers input on the work is highly valued and changes are made if necessary upon the customers request. The techs job is done when the customer is 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
techs have a minimum of 20 years of experience in addition to various degrees and technical training classes are constantly updated and required.
