I hired Mr. Guiles to repair or replace some steps from our house to our back deck and fix the sliding glass door he was able to accomplish that quite easily he also put in a piece of “ I believe it’s called flashing” to stop water from getting behind the siding to alleviate the problem from happening again .. while he was here I asked him if he could fix my garbage disposal he looked into it but the motor had been burned up I went and got a new garbage disposal and he installed it for me cleaned everything out and now raven my dishwasher runs as good as new .. he did what he said he charged what he said and was respectful... I could not ask for more!

Showed up late or forgot what time the appointment was set for. Agreed to do work then does it very poorly. Had him replace a large section of drywall, left it with seem tape showing, and not even remotely smooth enough to paint. Also had some pluming work done. Broke my kitchen sink and claimed it wasn't him. Did not correctly install drain in half bath, was leaking everywhere and did not tighten the supply line to faucet. Finally, on another faucet installed, he wedged a box behind the pipe to cover up a leak he created. Not a trust worthy handy man and I am very disappointed in his total lack of respect for my property. He actually used my hand towels as mops for the mess he made without asking if I had anything else he could use.

Robert was very polite and professional. With all the patience, he accomplished the task even though it got delayed and was challenging to both remove the Wall ovens and install a new one. What I liked is that he did not give up despite challenges, he figured out how to resolve and meticulous finished the task. I highly recommend him!
