FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Victoria W. keeps pricing straightforward and transparent. Rates are based on the size of the move, distance, and key details like stairs, long carries, and any heavy or specialty items. Anthony W. and the team confirm the details up front so there aren’t surprises on moving day. If anything changes (extra stops, added items, or more labor than planned), it’s discussed before any additional charges. Added items or extra stops may change the total and will be confirmed before moving forward. ~The team accepts credit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, and cash.~
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Victoria W. starts by collecting the basics—move date, addresses, size of the move, and any heavy items or stairs—so the quote is accurate. Then the team confirms the details and the arrival window. On move day, Anthony W. and the crew arrive on time, protect furniture and floors, and load everything safely and organized by room. After unloading, items are placed where the customer wants them, and a quick walkthrough is done to make sure everything is set before wrapping up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience is hands-on and practical: proper lifting, smart loading strategy, furniture protection, and safe transport. Anthony W., the owner, learned the trade the old-school way and brings decades of real moving experience, so we focus on doing things correctly and safely. We use moving blankets, wrap, straps, and secure stacking so items ride protected. Victoria W. brings strong customer service—clear communication, confirming details, and keeping customers informed throughout the move.
