- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are tailored to your needs and are discussed personally with one of our catering managers. Expect to pay a per-person food rate and an hourly service rate. There are no hidden fees or charges. A deposit is required to secure the booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving an inquiry, one of our catering managers will contact you, typically within a few hours. From there, we will get to know your specific event needs, go over menu options, and possibly offer some recommendations.
