Veterans Service Painting offers Military and Veterans discounts. While the pricing system varies on the specifics of the job, our customer service process always allows for discussion, and negotiation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to reaching an agreement, Veterans Service Painting has an in depth, and thorough approach to customer service.We survey the work-site, ascertaining the client's wants, and the scope of the project. Next the crew leader and client discuss the time frame, costs, and expectations for the project. After confirming specific desires for the outcome, a contract is agreed upon prior to the work beginning. This entire process involves the crew leader, and/or individuals that will be involved with the job from start to finish. Establishing an open dialogue, and solidifying personal relationships ensure that all Veterans Service Painting jobs are executed with professionalism, efficiency, and the highest craftsmanship in order to provide the ultimate customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps., I have been able to apply the principles of leadership and the effectiveness of efficiency in all my work. I have over 20 years in the field of restoration/refurbishing. Highly skilled professionalism, craftsmanship, and service are tenets of Veterans Service Painting.
