I couldn't be more pleased with the experience or the outcome involved with this professional. I'd give 10 stars if possible. As the manager of a 24 unit apartment complex, I've been searching for a plumber who possesses certain attributes. Communication is important with me and Daniel maintained contact at every part of the process. He performed some complicated plumbing, in a Very cramped space, that I'm certain provided ample frustration. No complaints on his part, he stayed well beyond the time he'd expected, even taking on an additional task that I'd forgotten to mention at outset, and the work he performed is truly impressive. Seriously, it has a professional look to it unlike anything I've seen before. After having experiences with a couple other so called "professional" plumbers lately...I will be dealing only with Mr. Jackson in the future. To anyone interested, you cannot go wrong with this professional..!

I feel that I was overcharged. It cost me $175 to replace a shower head and re-caulk a small part of the bathtub. That was way too high of a charge for the little amount of work that was done. He was nice and friendly but will look for another plumber when needed.
