Had a pho party for our quarterly meeting, had pho at a Vietnamese restaurant before and wasn't too sure what to expect for the event from others, but only a little convincing. So glad we had it, each person was able to customize their own bowl or bowls, we order enough for 80 people, but a couple days before we had to change count to 125, we called and they were like "no problem", they came prepare, about half went up for seconds so they were prepared. Best part was it is gluten free, didn't realized that some of the staff needed it. Will definitely use again. And the dumplings...wow so good, they also cooked those on site as well for appetizers.Feb 12, 2018

Gajiza Dumplins makes the tastiest morsels, perfect for any party. It's finger food that is uber tasty and unique, unlike any other food. And the price is excellent. Jasmine and her team are very professional and will take care of everything, from bringing everything you need to serving to just about everything in between and cleans up leaving the place looking spotless. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Here at Gajiza Dumplins Catering, we can personalize our menu to every event or occasion so your day can be special. Give us a budget and we can work around it to suit your needs. We have standard packages and build your own event packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We prefer emails, that way there is no miscommunication. Each event is important, to our customer and to us, we want to be there for the next one so we will do it right the first time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are home Chefs, but experienced in many Restaurants also, worked in the food industry for over 15 years. Experience includes in the back of the kitchen, line cook, Management and Server.
