We asked for a backyard picnic for our neighborhood. Matt provide BBQ pork & chicken, plus coleslaw, potato salad, ranch style beans, homemade rolls, butter and a decadent chocolate dessert, that included fresh berries and whipped cream. The food was delivered on time, hot and all we needed to serve it was provided. All the food was nicely presented and tasted very good, the dessert was fabulous. The delivery and & pick up of all the items went smoothly. The contact with Matt making the arrangements was easy. We had no worries or concerns that were not taken away once Matt told us what is food was like and how it would be prepared. We especially like his business model and were pleased to be part of his mission.
We would consider using Matt again. We are confident that we got what we paid for and more.

The food, menu and quantity for corporate luncheon were excellent. Set up person could have arrived a few minutes sooner to allow food to warm in the chaffing dishes and presentation could be tweaked a bit. Matt was very receptive to my suggestions. We will definitely use Matt Prentice catering again.
