I've always loved cooking. I got my love of cooking from my grandmother's. I was always on the kitchen with them anytime they were cooking.

I've worked with all types of customers from the ritzy plated meal to the backyard bbq.

What they are looking for in a dining experience, i.e. very casual or more fine dining. What type of cuisine would they like to see as part of a menu. Also, what style of service (Drop off, Full Service Plated, Full Service Buffet Style)
