Greetings, This is a 4.9 star ⭐️ review. Tavia is amazing! We were two weeks out from the wedding and she came through. It would be 4.9 because there were communication issues that led me to look for another caterer in the beginning. I know everyone is busy, but that made a difference in timing. On the day of the event, she had someone with her to help setup and both she and her assistant were dressed professionally and set up the tables beautifully. We already had the cake so she worked around it and all went well. The only other hiccup was the flavor ranges for some of the dishes. It was a culturally diverse group and there was something for everyone… except few people touched the pecan pies and lemon bars. The fruit all but disappeared, but the pecan pie juice spilled out somehow and the lemon bars melted. Part of this was having an August outdoor event, but I think the packaging for them could have helped mitigate the damage of the heat to the desserts. I went ahead and gave the entire catering experience a 5⭐️ because it was a great value for what I asked for and she didn’t try to talk me out of my menu like other caterers tried to do. I greatly appreciated her responsiveness after the initial pause in communication. The individual packaging was Covid compliant and the food labels helped people who had allergies. She was early to set up, which was great since I had two or three people show up seconds after Tavia did. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and the food was delicious! Each person found something they liked and the dishes and utensils were perfect for the occasion. The billing process was simple and easy to use and I was able to get everything I asked for. I would definitely use this service again and recommend her highly for any occasion.

Chef Tavia did some meal prep for me. The food was excellent, with good portions and reasonable prices. I was so pleased with her services that I booked her for a party I hosted. Again, she didn’t disappoint. The food was a hit with the guests. I would highly recommend her services.
