- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work on hourly rates, based on the type of service you are requesting. Either the first hour (computer work) or first two hours of work (network setups, home AV jobs, small business office jobs) will need to be guaranteed, and I prorate any additional time, after the guaranteed time, in 15 minute blocks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to connect first, determine your issue quickly, and set clear expectations for costs, timelines, and part replacement procedures.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, and over 25 years experience in the IT Industry working on laptops, desktops, PCs, Macs, Servers, and networks, supporting thousands of users, devices, and facilities.
