The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Their customer service is awful. Called 4-5 times trying to cancel right away after finding out my city will pick up lawn waste. No one answers after calling and leaving a voicemail! Then they text me, unprofessional. Asking for the address and they will not process the $100 for cancellation which no one mentioned! Scam and waste of time! They are liars and will charge you with other fees when they say they wouldn’t. Don’t give them your money. There are other dumpster service companies that have helped me but never experienced something like this!
