This company was supposed to come to my home to give me a quote. The time agreed upon was between 11-11;30. I waited and waited. By 11:53, no phone call, no text, no nothing!! I understand that things happen. However, in this day of modern technology, a courtesy call, text, or even an E-mail would have been appreciated. If they want to maintain their “5” star rating, I would suggest that they do better in the communication department!!
