Late last night our garage door torsion spring broke and we didn't know it until the morning when the door didn't open. I contacted Elite garage repair and they responded very quickly. He had our spring size. Quick removal of old springs, installation of the new springs he brought from his truck, he also installed 2 safety cables that apparently are required (I checks online and indeed they are required, can’t believe I never had them installed by previous company). Great service and all for a really good price
