- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I strive to price every job fairly. The more information you can give me, the more accurate I can be in my estimation of what is required and what the job is worth.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establish the scope of the job, desired timing and meet or chat on the phone to establish trust and rapport. From there I will schedule everything and carry out the work at a time that works for us both.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Architecture in Australia (where I'm from), and have worked in architecture and building design firms for the last 10+ years while being handy on the side. Since arriving in Detroit I've decided to make handiness a full time thing.
