- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
New client discounts available. Holiday discounts the week of are available, however we are CLOSED on holidays.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet with client and/or view property, and review expectations for cleaning to help provide quote. Quotes can be provided over the phone, but please be accurate with your description of your home, and special requests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up with a parent who was OCD, so I learned to have strong attention to detail and thoroughly train my employees to do the same. I also worked for Merry Maids for 3 years prior to starting my own company.
