Home Spotless was great I asked for an additional cleaner because my floors needed special attention they showed up and did a good job this is my Third cleaning but first time needing a serious clean

No one showed up for my scheduled appointment. I called and no one was available to take my call and they hung up. It was for an exit clean and now I'm scrambling. They charged my cc and now I have to go through the process of getting it back, UGH!Follow up to your response: I canceled after no one showed up. You didn't do anything except respond to my negative review. Please don't insult me by attempting to sound like you tried to help me. No one attempted to contact me regarding anyone being late, you should be ashamed!
