Introduction: I personally coach my clients in their personal and professional lives. Help with wardrobe, hair, skin and makeup is also offered. I accompany you to the gym and/or run right along beside you to encourage you to create the body that will be the perfect accompaniment to the image you need to project.
I also facilitate workshops for groups at work, home, clubs, parties, and church.
