Finally! A painter who shows up on time and does the job right the first time! After getting "ghosted" by multiple painters who mysteriously disappeared when it was time to do the work, The Punctual Painter was a godsend. He showed on time and finished the job ahead of schedule. 10/10, strongly recommend.

I addressed 5 issues (there were more) with no resolution. 1. Didn't protect light fixture and damaged the finish by trying to remove paint with a solvent 2. Painted over loose paint and told me it would cost more to repair 3. Handrail was not removed leaving paint as well as unprofessional appearance. 4. There was absolutley no caulking, scraping, sanding. 5. $300 of paint left to dry out. The majority of this was clearly called out on the estimate. The rest is a lack of respect.
