Introduction: I am a Futurist, that is, my job is to help you and your people understand what is and will be happening over the next 3-5 years so that you can accurately prepare for it. New skills, new opportunities, new management approaches and new vision are necessary in a world in the middle of the greatest change in human history. I provide an inspirational view of the immediate future that will raise your hopes and empower your possibilities. As a coach, I help my clients design a specific plan to develop new habits, skills and ideas that are necessary to thrive and succeed in this time of great change. My workshops help groups develop real-time approaches to automation unemployment, labor shortages, climate change, social disrupt and other symptoms of the current paradigm shift. Each attendee will receive a UBR app. This app will provide weekly vlogs and information on trends and opportunities in those trends. Each coaching client will receive a monthly Zoom video meeting with me, my life coaching app as well as the UBR app for weekly vlogs and information on trends and opportunities in those trends. There is nothing more powerful than meeting new people and sharing time with them around their challenges, their victories, their questions and answers. Being a people person, I am personally enthused to meet and work with folks from all walks of life.
