- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do price match! We also strive tobe completely transparent with the customer to let them know we have nothing to hide because transparency is the best policy in this business, but we also know our worth and people get what they pay for. We let them know if a flat rate, hourly or a combination will be best for them and let them choose their options. We try to be the most cost-effective but also give them the best delivery experience as possible. We believe in quality not quantity
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off with communicating with them and just listening. Moving can be stressful and hard and a lot of people only listen to respond instead of listening to understand. We try to completely understand the needs of our customers/friends. Once we listen we know how to apply the needs for them to have the most cost-effective but best delivery experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To work for Sears Best Buy Lowe's Home Depot Ikea Noble Appliance you have to be trained and certified to do some of these installations. Fitness assembly, gas lines installing water lines, you have to have the proper equipment to fulfill these task properly and efficiently. I say this humbly we are educated and trained in all avenues of delivery, installation, and assembling
