The whole evening had this effortless flow—from the way the courses were timed to how seamlessly the team moved around us. Chef William created a menu that felt both comforting and creative, which isn’t easy. The roasted fennel starter was a surprising favorite, and the lemon thyme tart at the end? Unreal.
