Founded by Gualtiero marchesi - the first chef to obtain 3 Michelin stars in Italy. Since that time I have spent time in Italy , France, Mexico and the United States at various Michelin Star restaurants. These positions have rounded me into the chef I am today. I hired Chef Tola as a gift for my wife. Words cannot describe how incredible and talented he is. His knowledge is amazing, the food was delicious, and the price was great. Since indoor dining is shutdown in Michigan I had to come up with a creative idea for my husband’s birthday. I thought about renting an igloo at a restaurant, but the minimum was ridiculous regardless of your party size and honestly who wants to have dinner in 30 degree weather? Not me, so I decided I would bring a chef to us and that’s when I found Chef Francesco Tola based on reviews on thumbtack. I’m so glad I did! Chef Francesco Tola was absolutely amazing. He responded quickly to my request to plan a dinner for two for my husband’s birthday. He was very accommodating with the arrangements and gave us exactly what we wanted. He arrived early and went straight to work. He did everything from cooking to serving to removing & washing our dishes. We opted for a five course traditional Italian dinner. It was beyond delicious! You can tell he takes extra care when selecting the freshest ingredients. Everything was cooked perfectly. The pasta was the best I’ve ever had. The hamachi fish melted in your mouth and was flaky on the outside. He made his own vinegar and used olive oil from Italy for his very flavorful vinaigrette. You can definitely tell he is passionate about his cooking, because it shows. We could have not asked for a better evening and would highly recommend this very talented chef. My husband said it was the best birthday gift. Thank you, chef!

I hired Francesco for my fiances birthday dinner and it was amazing from start to finish. My fiance couldn’t believe we had a private chef over. Francesco was amazing, early, super clean, and cooked amazing food! We would 100% have him over again! We had a 5 course meal and the flavors of every dish were amazing! Thank you so much Francesco!!

Chef Francesco cooked a 5-course meal for my husband's birthday, and it was delicious! He was responsive, professional, courteous and came up with a great menu for our dinner to make it special. The food was amazing, and he did a thorough job cleaning up when he was finished. From start to end I had a very positive experience with Chef Francesco and highly recommend him.

I had a surprise dinner date at home for my wife's birthday. Hiring Mr. Tola as our private chef for the evening was the best decision. He was professional and perfectly on time. He made sure to keep in touch with me leading up to the occasion in order to ensure everything was going according to plan. Answered all questions and concerns. His cooking was phenomenal. He made us a 5 course meal that we will never forget. We truly enjoyed his Italian-Mexican fusion cuisine, very delicious and top notch. We witnessed the passion in his creations and in cooking. It really added an extra layer of the experience that we had. Will hire him again and recommend him to anyone who has an event such as this.
