David cooked for our small group to celebrate a bachelorette weekend retreat. He was punctual—early even—and the term professional is honestly an understatement. Beforehand, he was responsive and developed a beautiful, Latin-inspired breakfast in a way that showed he knew his craft well. He executed the menu beautifully, and every dish left us wanting more, as was expected provided he worked at some of the top restaurants in the country. Dave came with me to Costa Rica to cook a daily meal at my retreat. He was incredibly adaptable and could work very well with the local food. His food was ART. He had no problem cooking vegan and making gluten free options and always gave us an abundance of food.Nov 25, 2019
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I’m flexible and can work with people. I’m fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We will have our initial phone call followed by a meet and greet where we will go over menu, pricing and all the details. I will get back to the customer within 48 hours with a final price. Once we agree and sign off, I require half the money down in advance and the other half at the end of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?2 culinary degrees, 25 years of food handling experience, háblo un poco de Español, ServeSafe Certification, 2 Michelin stars at restaurants inside 5-diamond hotels and management at the largest restaurant in the world.
