Problem: 3 or 4 roofing companies sent their “Inspector’s” to check, and then quoted Full roof replacement at $$$ cost.
Brian responded back in 15 mins on Sunday afternoon, stopped by that evening, assessed the source of the leak, and recommended minimal repairs (cracked plastic vents, 10-12 damaged shingles).
Promptly came back the next day with the parts and matching shingles, repaired everything, went around the whole roof and fixed any other minor issues he saw like worn caulking, loose fascia, popped nails, paint touch up.
I was very impressed with his honesty, integrity and the quality of work.
Will recommend him without hesitation.
