Hi I am Mr harold, I'm a survivor, and a musician all my life. You should choose me because I meet you at your own pace but yet help to slightly step it up pending on how far you want to go with keyboard skills. I've been teaching over 30 yrs, age 9 and up, gospel, country, r&b, rap, jazz, & original. Scales and inversions are still important :) . I am here to work with my Michiganders currently, and maybe North Ohio ( negotiate later ) : anywhere else I can do FaceTime lessons also so you don't be left out if in places like Maine or somewhere. although it had me mention only piano I also teach organ. I use certain books to help teach us, as I am passionate about piano/organ/left hand movements. And as long as you practice, you and yours can run circles around the competition.
I have extensive experience as a musician and keyboard teacher in this music environment and an understanding of the market and agile framework required to bring solid results. Working with Mr. Watson is always an amazing experience. His level of talent blows my mind every time I hear him play. He has cords structures that I never knew was possible, and he plays the piano & organ with such passion and loves what he does.

Minister of Music, Harold Watson, is a dynamic musician, director and teacher. He has played for me as well as other great churches and community choirs throughout the Detroit metropolitan area. He plays by ear as well as by note. He is well-versed in the music of every denomination from Church of God in Christ, Seventh Day Adventist, Baptist, Full Gospel, AME, United Method, CME, Spiritual, Catholic and Non-denomination. Harold was my music teacher also.

Doctor Watson - Extremely extraordinary gifted musician. Music ministry guru. We worked together in the studio on his organ project. I was his engineer, and was amazed at the way he made the organ talk! He is a dedicated and determined musical genious!

Mr. Watson is a very good teacher. He helped teach me gospel style playing on the Hammond Organ. Myself, already being an very good piano player learned some of the nuances of the instrument and the nuances of the style of gospel playing. Mr. Watson was always very polite and understanding and patient. I would record some of the lessons to give me an idea how to approach the styles. His expertise gave me a better understanding. I wish I could have mentored under him every time he played or studied longer, but it couldn't be afforded.

If it's lessons : find out if he/she is a beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Then I know where I can start with them
If a gig: find out what the needs are ( club, nursing, hime, outside gig, church, funeral, reception, etc) , get them to know about me and what I do specifically
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was inspired by listen to the author who did music for the jonny carson show, and for jazz and gospel greats that I listened to in the past, etc. Just believed that I could do a great job in this
