I looked up house cleaning for the sale of my house and found this gem of a man. My cleaning turned into: replacing a bathroom fan, bathroom lite over sink,, bathroom mirror, painting the entire interior of my house( including basement), fixing light switches in the house, pulling up carpets in 2 rooms, fixing plaster, fixing drywall,painting doors, hung vertical blinds, and putting up a new railing for my porch. Some times I was at the house, sometimes I was out of state, but he delivered on what I asked every time. When I asked for an estimate on my never ending list he was more than happy to return my text with a quick estimate. I was very happy with everything he had done in my house. I I had a complaint it would be he doesn't lay carpet, he doesn't haul trash/ cleanouts (yet), and he doesn't refinish wood floors. That being said I would hire him again in a heartbeat. I felt his prices were very reasonable especially for the quality of work.
