Chris Riley says, "Our sanitary sewer line was blocked, which we discovered on Mother's Day when sewage backed up in our basement bathroom area. Sandison answered our call but already had 6 other emergency calls to deal with that day. When Sean came in to help us the next day, he decided it would be best to proceed with a hydro Jetter to clean out the sewer line in order to protect the items in our home. As he did not have the Jetter with him, he returned the next day with another crew. Sean created a protective path through the house made of plastic from floor to ceiling that looked like a tunnel. Then his supervisor Jim, with Brian, the Jetter operator, and Justin came in to jet the pipe clean. A video of the clean pipe showed some residue, so they jetted the pipe again. Every one of them were polite, efficient and extremely knowledgeable, and answered all of the questions we had about the process, and how to prevent any further issues. We would recommend their service to everyone! We are even having them return to help us with our sump pumps. They are the best!While Jim S was with us for the sanitary sewer issue, he noticed a minor issue may exist with our main sump pump, and when tested, the water powered backup pump did not work at all. He returned 2 days later to fix the main pump, and to install a new water powered backup pump. The timing of this intervention and correction was amazing, because there was a severe rain/thunderstorm that hit our area that night and we lost power for over 12 hours. During that time the backup pump engaged a number of times to remove water from the sump pit. Without this new pump, we would have had a flooded basement to deal with! We are so grateful for everything Sandison did for us in the period of 5 days!After Jim finished with the pumps, he voluntarily labelled every lever on all of our equipment so we would be able to quickly determine what lever we would need to engage if we had any issue - for example, whole house water tap, water tank gas line, etc. This was above and beyond what he was here for, but it was clear he is very interested in helping his clients understand the equipment and how to deal with the equipment properly and effectively. Our experiences with Sandison have been nothing but positive!"See more

Joseph H. says, "I had a leak in the wall where my new washer was connected to the hot & cold water valve. There was a leak that dripping in the wall and traveling down to my neighbors unit and dripping from her ceiling. He came an stated exactly and clearly what needed to be done to find the source of the leak. This included going to my neighbor's unit and finding out if any of her pipes in her ceiling were leaking also. He replaced the ppvc valves with a set of brass valves in an installation box and put in new ppvc lines to connect to the main drain line. He made sure that was the source of the leaks and made sure there was nofurther leaking in my neighbor's unit below. He was courteous, thorough, contentious about the job. The cost of his job was reasonable. Given the circumstances of my plumbing problem, this was probably the best plumbing repair experience that I have ever had. I have another plumbing issue that I need repaired and he will be taking care of that for me also. I highly recommend this young man for any one's plumbing problem."See more
