We had a fantastic experience with this Plumbing Depot from start to finish. The quality of work was excellent, and everything was completed with real attention to detail. The team was professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable about what they were doing. They responded quickly, showed up on time, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Clogged toilet. 3 sons! You can imagine. I missed my initial appt the owner (I believe) was understanding and had no issue rescheduling. The plumbers came completed the work quickly and effectively. They saw I had further issues with the bathroom That needed addressing. He asked me point blank… “What would you like to do first?” I’ve had these issues for a while and it’s hard finding ppl safe to come to your home. Especially with covid. Especially in the city! I felt a WAVE of relief come over me. I have another project scheduled for this afternoon. As long as the service continues to be quickly completed and courteous I will be contacting them further.
