I sent a message on Thumbtack because I didn’t have hot water coming from none of my faucets this place responded first they seemed very convincing They came out Saturday they looked at my hot water tank added a new ball vale left it disconnected turned my water tank off checked out the water tank found the galvanized pipes were clogged Give me a price quote 899 they left to get the material they needed return when the crawlspace neither guy could fit to cut the galvanized pipe and replace it they were supposed to return with a smaller tech Either Sunday or Monday I haven’t heard anything else from those guys since they left and got there $129

I reached out to 4 different plumbing companies. Plumbing Depot was easy to make an appointment with. They called me and asked if they could come a day early. They called ahead of time and came when they said they would. They were polite and professional. The problem was fixed within 30 minutes. I can’t ask for more than that. I would definitely use them again.
