- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First visits are always at base price (outside of any specials!), and then recurring visits can be booked at a discount. Amounts vary from 5-20% depending on the project type and frequency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I might have a few questions just to make sure I'm prepared, but I usually just want to dive in! In our first meeting, I'll typically ask what's working for you now, what isn't, and where your biggest pain points are, and then work step-by-step to apply the knowledge I've gathered over the years to get you the results you need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The only real education for cleaning and organization is the School of Hard Knocks, which I happen to have a Master's from! And I'm obsessed with reading books, watching shows, and constantly learning more when it comes to cleaning and organizational systems. I still learn from every home I walk into! It's a constantly evolving process.
