I had to cancel Malcolm's appointment on the day before he was to fix my printer. I emailed him, but Thumbtack didn't pass along the email. So he drove from Flint to farther than Saginaw, and did not get paid. He was VERY nice about it, but I still feel bad.

Malcolm came right out when I contacted him. He came to our house which I really appreciated. He came out to fix our printer which he did but he was also able to fix our computer. He is very friendly.
