I'd choose all 5 of the compliments for Jeff if the system allowed. I had a really bad experience overall with what I expected to be a simple office chair replacement. Package delays, pros not showing up or even communicating at all, unprofessionalism, you name it. But as soon as I made contact with Jeff, he was very professional, clear, and timely. He showed up when he said he would and did an excellent job!! I definitely recommend working with him, and look forward to hiring him for future projects!
