Introduction
My career as a modern and ballet dancer led me to yoga and tai chi. Yoga is the integration of the body with the mind and the breath. Tai Chi is a moving meditation and martial arts form done in slow motion.
My desire is to share my knowledge and skills to help others experience the benefits of these healing arts.
I am an internationally certified Kundalini yoga teacher, and Qigong and tai chi instructor.
