Terrible customer service. No knowledge of restoration, even tho they say they do. Absolutely no help.Left gas leak in my house. Had to call gas company to fix

Honestly I believe we have the best customer service in the business. I don't know who this is but if you would have called us we would have been happy to come out and check if you were smelling gas. We triple check all gas appliances after we work on them and have never left one leaking that we are aware of. I am sorry if you had a bad experience. I assure you it is a rarity for our customers to have any dissatisfaction.

We needed someone to come look at our fridge and had an immediate response from West End. Both of the guys that came out were very nice and were able to diagnose the problem quickly. We will definitely be calling them in the future for any appliance needs!

    1. Ask for a total repair estimate; a lower service call often doesn't translate into a lower repair bill. 2. Ask if they guarantee their work and how their guarantee program works. 3. If you have multiple appliances that need attention, ask if they charge per appliance. This a very common practice.
