- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My work is bid with the basic idea of materials plus labor. My customer has complete control over the of cost of most material then I add labor based on how long I believe it will take and subcontractors I may have to hire.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Techniques and products evolve and are improved quite often. I attend seminars and trade shows as often as possible. I also stay informed on the latest changes of codes and regulations.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My love of working with my hands and a passion for seeing a tangible end product that looks good.
