- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair - I like to assess the job and know exactly what the customer is looking for/needs. Something basic has a less price then something more extensive
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the project, I like to do a walkthrough, if possible. If not, then I would like the customer to explain as much as possible in detail, even send/upload a pic the help visually see what the customer wants
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
