Sam is the TRUTH. First let me say he’s very punctual and responsive. I reached out and heard from him within the first 30mins. My screen door was almost ripped off the house due to the hinges being broken because of a windy night. I let things get worse and it got worse. To the point i couldn’t close the screen door. Sam tried the first day to fix it enough to where I could at least close it. It was that bad. He wasn’t able, not for lack of effort. I knew right off this guy gave a shit and I like that. He evaluated what he could do at that point but assured me he could fix it. Something about his face you believe him, and I was RIGHT. Wife’s been on me about the door for a minute. You know it’s bad when you’re propping a cooler against the door. Sam fixed the hinges AND the wooden piece that holds them. It broke off. Sam fixed it all. I’m really impressed with his work. The man was so good I really read his profile and found out he did toilets. Bathroom toilet idled all day. Now 1 flush you never here it again til the next flush. Sam is a GOD for the “new home owner guy” Definitely will use him again Super professional

Sam has been great! Very responsive and reasonably priced. He replaced the rollers on my slider and is going to repair the track, which we didn’t realize needed repair until the slider moves so easily. The track has a gouge ( for about 2 years) and repairing will be less costly that replacing. I’ll definitely hire Sam again.

Sam once again did an amazing job repairing our closet door. This is not the first job Sam has helped us out on and won’t be the last. We are two full time working parents with busy little kids so our life is always crazy. Sam makes it all easy on us stepping into the chaos and does a fantastic job at the same time. He even goes out of the way to make sure he’s prepared ahead of time with materials and parts so make sure you respond to him ahead of time - you’re only saving yourself and Sams time!!

I don’t try to overcharge and I’m lenient of pricing. I’m doing this as a side job but I’m willing to work with customers to find a happy medium.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send an initial note and follow up with a phone call if necessary. I ask for photos and any details I will need regarding the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mechatronics engineer as my day job and I have been doing this since early 2021.
