Can’t say enough about my experience with Mr. Sandless. Nathan was fantastic to work with from start to finish- very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Another big win for my wife and I is the fact that Mr. Sandless is green certified! When Nathan and Tony completed the refinish on our wood floors (which took only 1 day), we walked in to a house with no sand dust and minimal odor. Our lungs are thanking us, and the floors look fantastic. I’d hire these guys again in a heartbeat.

Nathan was great to work with. He offered us a consultation free of charge. He finished the work in two days, just like what was scheduled. The floors turned out beautiful and he made a point to let us know our satisfaction was his top priority. He was willing to come back and make adjustments if needed, and his pricing is reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone who wants their hardwoods refinished.

Great experience with Mr Sandless!
Nathan (the owner) owner came to my home to view and quote the project (living room and dining room along with stairs to upper and lower levels of my tri level home). I explained in detail what I wanted and was quoted a fair price. I asked for the work to be started the day after Christmas letting him know I was scheduling movers to move my things in a few days later so I needed the work done in about 3 days. Nathan assured me it would be done in that time.
The day after Christmas Tony (the installer) was at my door first thing in the morning as promised. I had removed the carpet from the floor just days before and still had a few tackstrips that needed to be removed. He immediatley got to work helping to remove what was left before starting on the flooring. Tony did a wonderful job! His cuts were precise and the flooring was laid beautifully. When he got to the stairs we ran into a bit of a snag. The nose of stairs were rounded and flooring could not be laid on them without cutting off the edge. Just staining them wouldnt work because the treads were made of pressed wood. After several phone calls to find a piece that would fit my stairs and looking into multiple options Nathan and Tony gave me a few suggestions as to what could be done. Based on their suggestions I decided to replace the treads and have them stained to match the laminate flooring. I was a little nervous as I wasnt sure how welll we could match the flooring. In the end I was glad of my decision. Tony was able to find a stain that was a very close match. After putting on a coat of wood colored stain, he lightly sanded the treads. As a result the stairs matched the rest of the flooring perfectly!
The stairs and rooms are all but done with exception of a final trim going to the lower level stairs. This is my delay. I decided I would recarpet those stairs after all. Ive yet to get this done but once complete I will have Tony back out to put the final trim on the flooring wher it joins the stairs. Nathan has alreafy been in contact with me a couple of times to let me know they will be available when Im ready.
My flooring is beautiful and I am highly satisfied with the work!!
