    When you work with SHIFT Property Management, you are working with individuals who are attentive and responsive to the needs of both the property owner and the tenants. There's no "too busy" with SHIFT -- they are always available and have the resources to complete projects in a very timely fashion at competitive rates, whether it's a work request from a tenant or seeing the property through its required Grand Rapids Certificate of Compliance. SHIFT picks up the phone when you call -- that's essential to a business taking itself seriously and understanding the needs of its customers. SHIFT can vet tenants and rent properties -- something not to be taken for granted -- and they can provide property owners with excellent rental rate analysis, too, which is very helpful when adding properties to a real estate portfolio. SHIFT's online portal for reviewing income and expenses is well designed and easy to understand, allowing property owners to see individual line items with back-up documentations (work orders/invoices).
