I have to share our great experience with the United Restorations Disaster Services. We had a fairly worn-out roof that we tried to maintain every year. Lucas, one of their employees, was extremely helpful in explaining to us the issues with the roof and guiding us through the process as we worked with our insurance company and United Restorations to have it replaced - from start to finish. We also were impressed with the crew that replaced our roof. Instead of the estimated two days, they finished everything in one day! It was an absolute pleasure to work with this company and I want to give a special thanks to Lucas for his professionalism and high level of clarity throughout the process!

Lucas was not the first sales rep to approach us about our roof, but he was the fit one we felt like we could trust to help us through the process with our insurance company and we are glad we did. Lucas and the whole team at united restoration did a great job from start to finish on my wind damaged roof replacement. From Lucas meeting my adjuster and showing him the damaged areas , to the crews timely replacement and clean up after work was done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free inspections after a hail or windstorm. Our pricing is dependent on the size of your roof. For roofs with no damage, we offer a first-time customer discount of 10% off the total price of the roof.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first inspect the roof to see if it has any damage that could potentially be covered by insurance. If no damage is found we can offer a retail quote depending on if the roof is in need of being replaced.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have all been trained by the owners of the company who are HAAG-certified.
