Most respectful, honest person I ever could ask for. He knew exactly what had to be done and was completely fair with the cost. Hopefully I never have to deal with any more plumbing issues but they will the only ones that I will hire

We found out the plumbing code was changed 2 yrs ago, so we updated to current code specs in the Kitchen sink pee-trap and cleared the drainpipe.

I had a great experience with Sam! I was given a time window of 2-4pm and he arrived right at 2pm, which I really appreciated. He did a thorough inspection and took the time to clearly walk me through all of my options. He was very transparent and helpful in working with me to find the best solution and pricing and he also explained potential future needs so I could plan ahead. Throughout the entire visit, he made me feel comfortable and confident in the decisions being made. Overall, the service was professional, honest, and easy to work with. I will definitely be using him again when I'm ready to install a new sink!
