To put it simply... If you have any kind of plumbing issues, you have to use Benjamin Frankling Plumbing. Our service representative (Jay) was outstanding. He took time to diagnose the issue with our lower toilet, explained what he thought the issue was, and took care of everything within 45 minutes. He even waived the $99 service call charge because he was able to take care of plumbing problem in a reasonable time. Jay was very professional. Asked what issues we had, replaced the kitchen faucet and soap dispenser, provided plenty of cleaning and maintenance tips, and cleaned up after.

They called ahead to notify me of their arrival which was on time. Plumber was very professional, quick, and efficient in taking out old toilet, repairing a line, and installing a new toilet. He rapidly assessed work to be done, did it quickly, and cleaned up after himself. He was careful in entering and exiting house, using shoe covers. Work was definitely superior to other big plumbing outfits i've used for responsiveness, cost and time. Definitely would use them again!
