I've been involved with Fitness for 8yrs, Associate's Degree in Science and working on Sports (Physician) Medicine Degree. Current NASM Certified Personal Trainer & CPR/AED Certified.
I provide a high quality service of Health & Fitness Training to every client without the stressful feeling of a trainer bringing someone down vs bringing them up.
One of the biggest things about my business is that there is no time limit on sessions! Zero!
The reason for this is because the human body can only advance if challenged properly and charging for time can cause people to feel rushed or that the time paid for wasn't respected when your active work only last 10mins vs the 30mins paid for.
My training style consist of high intensity training; meaning: You'll get the workout that builds muscle, builds strength, burn fat, improves endurances, blood flow, joint health, metabolism, etc.
(IMPORTANT NOTE: HOW YOU TRAIN & DIET WILL DETERMINE HOW YOUR BODY CHANGES; NOT JUST THE WORKOUT!)

What i enjoy about being a Personal Trainer is that i'm able to bring a positive feeling to someone's life by being motivational, supportive, and encouraging each client to achieve their goals. Knowing that i'm able to turn someone's fear of the gym or fear that they might fail when it comes to feeling better about themselves.
There hasn't been a time that i don't love providing my knowledge to the next person.
